RECOMMENDATIONS

At MANTÓ, we carefully select all materials to ensure that your product, with proper care, will last for generations.

From the beginning, as part of our philosophy, we value naturalness, and therefore, the leather may have slight variations in color tone, grain, or slight marks characteristic of the leather, making each piece unique. These are in no way considered imperfections.

At MANTÓ, we strive to ensure our items last for generations and remain in perfect condition. To achieve this, we offer the following recommendations (we'll refer to "your new MANTÓ," which could be a new bag or accessory in general):

• Your new MANTÓ is made from natural materials and can therefore be affected by abrasive elements such as chemicals or friction. Avoid these at all times.
• To keep your new MANTÓ in perfect condition, we recommend avoiding getting it wet. If this happens, wipe it with a soft cloth and make sure no liquid remains on the surface.
• Avoid exposing your new MANTÓ to salty environments. Seawater or mist can damage the leather and hardware of your bag.
• To clean your new MANTÓ use a soft, clean cloth.
• To remove stubborn stains that can't be removed with a soft, clean cloth, consult a leather specialist.
• Avoid using commercial products intended for other uses such as creams, shoe polish, wax, oils, stain removers, alcohols, or solvents on your new MANTÓ.
• Avoid rubbing your new MANTÓ against rough or abrasive surfaces. Minor scratches can be softened by gently massaging with a clean, dry cloth.
• Leather and suede can transfer color, especially in humid environments. Keep this in mind when wearing light-colored clothing or accessories.
• Avoid exposing your new MANTÓ to the sun, heat and humidity.
• Your new MANTÓ can be heat-transfer printed. Avoid excessive rubbing, creases, direct contact with the skin, or exposure to external agents such as creams, chemicals, or liquids in the printed areas.
• Avoid overloading your new MANTÓ so it doesn't lose its original shape. Never exceed our recommended weight limits.
• METAL PARTS: The metal parts of your new MANTÓ They will not lose quality and/or color if they are properly cared for according to the following recommendations:
• Avoid any type of friction with surfaces that could damage or mark them.
• Avoid all contact with liquids, especially creams, hand lotions, or perfumes.
• Avoid exposure to sun, heat, humidity and saline environments.
• To store it:
• Use the original packaging.
• Store your new MANTÓ in the cotton cover that comes with your bag.
• To keep your MANTÓ in its original shape and finish, be sure to fill it with the filling paper from its original packaging and store it upright in a cool, dry place.
• Make sure you store your new MANTÓ clean and dry, with no organic debris inside or outside.

Our team will ensure that you receive your new MANTÓ in perfect condition. MANTÓ cannot accept any claims for color loss, loss of clarity, and/or damage to the gold logo or metal parts at a later stage.
